By accessing revyva.co (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable UK laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this Site. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services or interact with our AI systems.

Permission is granted to view the materials on revyva’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, or "mirror" any site content or AI-generated outputs;
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or "probe" any AI software, prompts, or proprietary code contained on the site;
• Use any data-mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools on the Site without express written consent.

By opting in to our communications, you agree to the following:

• 3.1 Automated Interaction: In accordance with the Data Use and Access Act 2025, you acknowledge that initial enquiries and "Live Demos" are handled by Autonomous AI systems.
• 3.2 SMS Consent: You expressly consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• 3.3 Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out instantly. Your consent is exclusive to revyva and is never shared with third parties for marketing.

The AI systems on this Site and within our services are provided "as is." While our models are designed for high accuracy, AI-generated outputs can occasionally produce factually incorrect statements.

• Human-in-the-Loop: Users acknowledge that AI outputs are for assistance and strategy-mapping purposes.
• Verification: All clinical, financial, or significant business decisions based on AI outputs must be verified by the Customer's qualified staff. revyva makes no warranties regarding the perfect accuracy of AI outputs.

We comply with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

• 5.1 Transparent Pricing: We do not use "drip pricing." All mandatory fees are clearly outlined in our bespoke proposals before any commitment.
• 5.2 Straightforward Cancellation: We provide a clear process for cancellation. We do not use hidden hurdles to prevent you from ending your relationship with us.

Interacting with this Site or its AI demos does not create a formal client-agency relationship. All professional services and revenue-strategy projects are governed by our General Terms and Conditions and Partnership Agreements, provided as part of our formal proposal process.

You agree not to engage in "prompt injection" or attempt to manipulate our AI systems into violating safety guidelines. You may not use the Site to engage in fraudulent activity or send unsolicited communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, revyva shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit, or damages resulting from AI-generated errors) arising out of the use or inability to use the AI materials on this Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
